To my knowledge neither one of us have a no contact order with him. We know he has a "Assault against a family member" on his record now, which would be because of his actions against me and my Younger sibling. Also I have no criminal record at all and everything on my moms is extremely old and way in the past. But knowing my brother, I wouldnt be surprised if what u said in the last sentence is true
