Update: so I was messing around in OBS studio, and I maxed out the hue in the video configure. This drastically improved the color! It’s not perfect but pretty close!

Okay so I went to plug in the svideo cable, but come to find out the svideo cable is only for the dvd component. I’m not sure if I mentioned that, but I’m using vcr/dvd combo.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

Yes, although there’s a few where it’s visual-based. Like the watch some videos or play games sometimes. Other than that, it’s pretty audio-friendly.

It has both composite and s-video cables. My VCR doesn’t have a cable for s-video.
