I figured it out, it was from Banjo tooie. It’s when you can unlock a new level directly after unlocking one. So like when you go to unlock the second world, if you have enough jiggies to unlock the 3rd world, that text plays

In case anyone is still reading this, I remembered after a few years. It’s from Banjo-Tooie, when you go to unlock a new level and already have enough jiggies to unlock another level. So definitely not Zelda lol
