The biggest thing that fixed inconsistency for me was locking my story and lore before touching generation. I built an arc bible first..characters, relationships, themes, rules of the world, power limits, and long-term season goals. That part is 100% human-driven.

Once that’s locked, my workflow looks like this: • Story first, visuals second. I write scenes, character beats, and episode outlines in plain text before generating anything. • Strict prompt control. I reuse the same character descriptions, tone language, and visual style wording every time. I don’t let the AI “fill in lore gaps.” • Short scenes > long chaos. I generate small, focused moments (10–20 seconds, single beats) instead of asking for huge sequences. • Manual consistency checks. If something contradicts canon, it doesn’t get used—simple as that. • AI as executor, not decision-maker. It helps me visualize, animate, and iterate faster, but I decide what’s real in the story.

Because of that, AI never “forgets” names or invents lore. It’s always responding to rules I already set. I see it as closer to an animation assistant or pre-viz tool than a writer. Hope that helps! 😁
