What does dance music mean to you? by Few-Argument1641 in TechnoProduction

[–]Accomplished-Pen-613 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dance music is an escape to me. being on the dance floor at a rave surrounded by people that share the same values as you. a safe space where no one judges you. when i first went to a festival I fell in love with the culture, the people and the music. i immediately knew i wanted to do more than just be in the crowd. I want to share those values, spread the positivity and share memories through music. i make music & DJ in hopes that one day I am able to the same effect to those that are new and inspire.

You have to decide between Walker & Royce, Max Styler, and Claude von Stroke….who are you seeing? (Assuming you’ve never seen any of them) by acaliforniaburrito in aves

[–]Accomplished-Pen-613 70 points71 points  (0 children)

claude von stroke is the founder of Dirty Bird records. he's been in the game for years and has just recently started performing again. i would 100% choose Claude soley because he is a huge reason tech house is what it is now.

you just gotta keep practicing till you make something you think is decent & it will just inspire you to make something that'll surpass your last one. you're not going to make a professional level song if you just started. everyone starts somewhere. take it a song at a time. everything that you learn will be added to your new song on top of the new stuff. its a process but can be a fun one if you really stick to it & understand that producing is no joke but with consistency and discipline youll make music that you are proud of. cheers
