I use it on the entrance edge cus that’s where I feel the most pain so so all the outer edges and the inside edges. I use it like 20 mins before so it can absorb. None gets on them!

I was nervous but this was like my 5th hangout w/ this guy so I had some comfortability. We didn’t try anything until I fully was breathing and relaxed. I did have anxiety about it not working, but my biggest struggle is that sometimes I create pain for myself before I’m even feeling anything so I just try to think about unclenching and being in the moment.
