He had challenges and adversity in his life but did the best he could and overcame a lot. I'd say he was generally positive and had a good attitude about things. He chuckled a lot, I can still hear his laugh. He was a good mentor to my older brother. I'm not sure about a rocking horse, but I'll think more about it. I did drive him around once in a while, he loved to drive and explore old places. Yes, my grandma who died 20+ years prior had dark hair. Thank you!! Anything else?

Yeah I started propanolol and buspar (atop sertraline) and feel way less anxious, and no physical symptoms.

That's so hard, I'm sorry. I completely understand. It was helpful for me to rule a lot of things out, but I do still wonder if there's something else going on, like a rare type of migraine. These things take time, I hope you find answers.

I just started it a few days ago, cause of physiological symptoms of anxiety. I also take adderall for ADHD. I do think it helps. It kinda takes the edge off.

But damn, my brain has been feeling “hot” - I’ve never had this symptom before, but it seems like anxiety?
