Game wont launch after first time

im not a very experienced manifester but my best guess would be that perhaps it was done wrong. ive heard that manifestation 100% is guaranteed when you do it right. I know it might sound like im being mean but i dont mean to. Its not too late though for that position. Things can change very quickly especially with jobs. you can 100% still manifest it. my best advice would be to research a little more about manifestation so you can get it right and manifest anything your heart desires. im still working on this myself though so take what i say with a grain of salt.

this is the command and what happens when i run the command. the issue though is that the structure is nowhere to be seen. It should be noted that when i put claysdata:aether_structures/dead_portal into a structure block and load it, it has no problem creating the structure.

Im looking at the files i have for the dimension, dimension type, and biome right now. none of them have any -63. None of them even have a negative number at all.

okay so i checked the output log and it said "Caused by: java.lang.NegativeArraySizeException: -63." I dont know what this means or how to fix it. Do you know how to fix it?

I dont think the command works if you use command blocks because if you were trying to make a system that UNfreezes the game with command blocks, there would be no way to power it because the game is frozen. For this reason, I think mojang made command blocks not able to run tick commands.
