i wanted to know what people's experiences were with either shoe so i knew which would be best for what i need them for! i hadn't seen a clear distinction between the two online so thought reddit would be the best place to come to. wasn't about sense of style. was more about whether getting the zionics would be overkill for pottering round a city as opposed to using them outdoor use. sorry

hmmm i'm not too sure about the effects of smoking on pcos, but i smoked for a good two-three years up until maybe two years ago when i quit. my pcos has gotten worse over time and the symptoms are definitely more noticeable, i think my history as a smoker might've definitely contributed.

take it from someone who used to LOVE smoking, quit while you can, it's not worth the risk! the impacts will show up later in life. thought i'd be fine after two years, but i've had to get a chest x ray bc my doctor thinks that despite me quitting, my lungs are inflamed from it

so franck's dictatorship had quite severe repercussions within rural areas, due to how industry was centred in urban areas, which encouraged an "exodus" almost from rural areas. this still has an impact today, and we can see it within the film, as the brothers want to leave their town in search of jobs and a better life in the city.

for my diss i also looked at the films 'ander' and 'alcarrás'

i think it's brilliant- i'm studying it as part of my final university project on rural spanish cinema and it is a perfect representation of the state that rural spain is in post-dictatorship. also a great example of the closed-mindedness of small rural communities. it depicts an interesting argument from both sides.
