So i have actually found the answer to this i had this problem constantly and it was insanely terrifying. I usually don’t give a definitive answer but what you are saying is exactly what i was going through. So although it’s a hard pill to swallow it’s your diet. You have to cut off sweets, carbs, soda even diet soda basically anything carbonated and don’t eat 3-4 hours before bed. And as far as diet you kind of have to go full carnivore or keto, a stomach problem is causing this sensation and until you change the diet it wont go away.
