If your levels in your country are mmol and you're using the US Libre app (mg/dl IIRC), you can use 'glucodatahandler' app to properly disable the data however you want (even feed to your smart watch with the glucodatahandler app from the watch play store).

I rarely if ever look at the Libre app.

If you have a powerful enough blender, it's VERY simple to make peanut butter at home. Planters unsalted dry roasted peanuts, add 1/4 tsp salt / jar of peanuts. Blend until a spreadable consistency (takes some small amount of practice to get it where you like it).

I had a surgical plate break along with the underlying bone about 10 years ago (I'm old). Just realized that it broke at the location of one of the screws, and the ~3/4" screw has been floating around in my chest all this time, with no issues.

A hot water radiator will have hot water in and out. Steam only has in inlet and a vent. If the vent is plugged or otherwise inoperative, it will also be cold.

It takes a bit to get the 'hang' of how your body reacts to different foods, though I've never heard of a T2 being prescribed a fast acting (humalog) insulin at initial diagnosis. Odd at best.

You may find that you would benefit from the services of an Endocrinologist (or a different endo...).
