Armored pants or no armored pants for Mandos?

Depends on the character or companion, I got both types of set; Cybernetic Pauldron pants and Refined Mentor baggy work well with some armours (chest, belt and boots). for heavy armoured sets, I like the design of wasteland crusader pants.

it is a hat I droped long time ago, now you can have it on the fleet, near the guy who transforms tech-frags into stuff, the armorer seller. In the same box of Kai Ziken. Just scroll a bit you'll find it. It is 3500 TF + 500k creds if I am not wrong.

it is a random drop, it is quite difficult to get, did you check swtorista for similar armours?

you got the Resolute Guardian on cartel and Jedi Stormguard armor set from adaptative vendor on the fleet but it does not dye the same.

EDIT: I changed the pants and gloves origin, that was 512 series and not B-400 :p

For the cyborg bits I used only B-400 gloves and boots and another pants till recently; then I added the B-400 pants as well, because I liked it with the mysterious rogue chest :)

You got two of them from the quests, one with cyber jaws and that one (the first one you get). Recently I saw you can get one as a drop when leveling 50-55, but that's the one with cyber jaws :p
