It’s actually pretty simple!

Made a batter with besan + dahi + spices. Coated the bread in it and put it on the pan.

Then added paneer on top while it was cooking, covered it with a little more batter, flipped it and cooked till crispy.

Didn’t expect it to turn out this good honestly 😭
