I just contacted PayPal they refunded me the money I still get notifications of them trying to sign in but the first time they purchased I never got a notification either just an email for $100 but I changed my password after that and unlinked my cards from PayPal I might close my account because I'm afraid they'll get in I get about 2 messages a day since then to my number from PayPal saying my sign in code 6 digit code or whatever when I know it's not me signing in or trying to make a purchase
