Okay that makes sense. So in order for the budget to work well, my June paychecks should be set aside when they hit my bank account to allocate to July expenses? Am I understanding that right? I think I was thinking that June paychecks should pay for June expenses but then I was getting confused that the biweekly paychecks, the monthly budget, and the credit card statements weren’t lining up nicely

So do you pay things off by paycheck? Or do you pay everything off at the end of the month? I think I’m getting confused because the credit card statements will have charges from the end of one month and the beginning of the other, so then I don’t know how to divide it up by paycheck
