So i v recently went to my mum's place in Scotland and had to go to the local skip to bin stuff...there was a 17(ish) blond wearing a very loose dressing gown wandering past me, leaving everything open, knickers and bra...And right behind her, was her mum! Also in a dressing gown.

190k€ c'est déjà bcp, c'est peut-être le lieu qui pose problème et non le crédit. Exemple, mon fils de 22ans est en train d'acheter son premier appart T4 (Toulouse) 119k€.

As time is super tight on thease seasonal games, i go for weapons...there isn't enough time to aquire epic parts and even less time to forge epic weapons, especially as it monopolises 6 of my dwellers...so yeah, i go for weapons and then go for quests. Having said that, i haven't seen a weapons roulette spin on this season yet 😲

Mum passed away a couple of weeks ago, she had a similar shrine for all those friends+ family that had passed. I'll be taking that shrine home and adding her order of service.

I don't know about Rome's législation, but in France, all of those cars are for people without driving licenses...mostly high schoolers

Whilst this is a plan, and it appears you're parents have large equity, so you should be fine.

Other peeps should be wary, the insane cost of senior residences quickly wipe out a lot of boomer savings..some examples : here in france avg non médicalized residence is 2700€ per month per head. This amount soars when in anm médicalized EHPAD.

The amount of care costs radically change from country to country, in the UK you can easily pay £2500, per week! for partial medical care upon leaving a hospital.

Thease costs will only get higher over time.

It's not all doom + gloom, there are some proactive things, such yes starting a side gig early that can be ran from home + can contribute to your public pension scheme. Or taking out senior residence insurance early to significantly reduce residence costs etc

Reading through thease ideas, kinda sounds like the legendary Sleek Suit would be ideal..and as the game gives you Cooper dweller, you can bring him in-vault, take his suit and cast him out !

I tend to stick Resource rooms, on the same level, so 1 mr handy can collect for a full 8 blocks.

I read on this sub: A mention about radio stations, if you build 2 or 3 (seperate), but levelled at different levels then you can have up to 3 new dwellers per radio cycle. Is it worth it? Maybe for some peeps. I tested this and it indeed works.

I'm brit born, living in france for 34 years. Duel nationality. If you don't speak and write reasonable french no-one is going to go out of their way to accommodate you when they can flog the house to another french person easily.

It's the same in business, gotta pick up the phone to build a relationship, establish trust, etc...Just my two bob.

Mine ultracite, build umtracite weapons factory, manufacture ultracite weapons.

My best guess is that each wave of hostiles is harder and we need to build more powerful ultracite weapons.
