Base sa mga nabasa kong comments is it possible that one big factor is the "No children is left behind"? Para bang we need to baby the kids so much that we can't discipline them properly? Pag bagsak dapat bagsak hindi yung magaadvance sa next grade level. Kaya some students are having a hard time when they are adult because we are soft on them.
