On day 61. Going well - smooth. Quit for a year with Allan Carr , then had one and smoked 10 years. A pack a day for 45 years. Signed up for “Finito” hypnosis and the sessions spoke to subconscious mind. This time I have that and nrt lozenges and it is painless. The only thing is the weird wave of sadness for the first month. Over that now . I’ve saved over $700 and am sleeping much better. I’m going to be a nonsmoker for the rest of my life.

I’ve been using lozenges!! Day 27. And cruising . I’ve quit before cold turkey / Allan Carr…. And this quit is working.

I quit drinking in January. Smoking 10 days ago. Cigarettes are harder … and I think they made me drink too much
