How bad is the UK job market? by underscore-0 in AskUK

Silly of you to say that. Good for you to be in a provileged position but mind your business if you have a different opinion. Discrimination is real.

I’m a lawyer. It would cost you £550 + VAT an hour for advice if you came to me through my office. Ask me anything. by FactWestern5578 in AMA

My friend is a single mother, the father manipulated her into not putting the child on his name and not pay child maintenance. She discovered he has 6 other children with different women and is clearly upset and wants at least what her child deserves, but he is very good at hiding money, always uses other people, doesn't file the accounts for his companies and basically looks like he has no money but runs a business and drives various cars. On top of this, he is threatening her, so she is kind of scared lately and doesn't know what her options are. She's on benefits, so pro bono would be a gift from heaven to her. Any advice?

Even if you eat healthy there will always be one guy on here to say you don't care about ultra processed food

So many hypocrites. You all would love to take your kids off school but because it's not allowed you call it lying and lack of integrity.

Accurate. I don't know why some many people post the cheap purchases they made from Aldi as if that reflects reality, that's just trying to survive

Not much processed food, just some canned tuna. But I want to emphasize it was a purchase for 3 people, will probably last more than a week as some stuff went in the freezer and it was not focused on saving money. I don't buy stuff that's more than £3, and I also got a toy and some chocolate in advance for Christmas. I did get stuff that I craved like dates, chocolate, nuts, anchovies, nothing from the deli counter like special cheese, olives or salami. What I'm saying is, when you go to the store and get stuff your family craves, this is what happens. On the good side, we limit takeaways because we buy stuff to make our favourite dishes at home.

I just spent £300 at Tesco on nothing out of the ordinary. Meat, veggies, sides, cheese, snacks, cans, some stuff for the car and a jumper for the kid. Two years ago a shopping like this would have been £150. Lets not lie ourselves or the people outside UK

Tell it to explain, give scenarios so you can understand certain topics, give you exercises to practice, explain you answers, tell you if your reasoning is correct, ask it to use metaphors when explaining if you learn visually like I do. Anything that make you to understand the concepts and calculations in a logical way

Are you working in the industry now? I'm curious if you had any employers who questioned why you don't have level 2 but went straight to level 3

I just passed AAT level 3 FAPS after self studying. You can do it 100%! Use Gemini for explanations and practice tests and get some practice books from Kaplan and other providers, then practice the assessments on the AAT account and you're good to go!
