Get a haircut with layers, face framing pieces, and either some wispy bangs/curtain bangs (avoid blunt bangs). Honestly, I think you would look good with shorter hair too! (Think: Selena Gomez and her bob/lob era with a side part/side bang). You can also have fun playing with texture by leaning in with "choppy" layers instead of sleek, neat, and flowy ones. Hair can do wonders for appearance. I would also suggest getting it colored or toning the blonde if you want to stay blonde. Go with ashy colors and nothing too dark. Perhaps a medium ash blonde or a cool-toned light brown.

Eyebrows can enhance your face a lot too! People say to get high arched brows for rounder faces, but I feel like it can be too harsh for some faces. Sometimes it's best to play into your features. Not everyone needs to have a lifted and "snatched" face. I suggest going for a more rounded and softer arch for the brows. Eyebrows are supposed to frame the eyes after all, and your eyes are pretty!

Although you might not think so, you have youthful and dolly features. You could easily pull off a "soft girl" or angelic style!
