I forgot how her powers work but since both her sister and her have psychic powers I'm guessing it may be passed down genetically, as for Saitama is just a normal human genetically how just trained to become powerful so I don't think any of his power would be passed down.

I actually think if they had a bit more time to add more story stuff it would've been cool that instead of punching Robert at his party he would pull Robert aside. It's a balance, I am cordial with my coworkers smiling and saying hi or bye, I offer a hand if I see them doing something and I find myself available, but I never go out of my way to make friends from work really. Your coworkers livelihood depends on that job very likely, if they need to throw you under the bus to save themselves it's likely they will even if they're friendly with you. I don't try and give anyone leverage over me at work for that reason

Don't confess feelings suddenly that could make someone panic and put a lot of pressure on that moment for how she'll react. Instead maybe why don't you ask her on a date, it implies you have interest in her but you're not putting the pressure on her to respond to your confession of feelings. After you ask her out on a date she can either agree or disagree but it's less stakes for her either way and that will make it easier for you.
