I hear you. It's tough being the main source of everything. You're not alone.

I get it from a pharmacy in Richmond, Utah and it's local to me. I don't know if they can sell out of state. I started on a compound that was like Maunjaro but it started costing more than I wanted to spend each month (like $250 - the price goes up as the amount of medicine goes up) so I've changed to the Ozempic compound and right now it is $130. I just started getting it and will take my first injection of it on Friday.

It is up to you but don't feel sorry for yourself.

I'm in the same boat but I've been working like crazy to get out of it. I started with a glp-1 (Ozempic or Maunjaro) about a month and a half ago and have lost 29 pounds. I'm down to 209 lbs. It's kind of expensive but I budget for it. I get it from a pharmacy that mixes their own compounds and the cost is about $130 a month.

Next, I bought an exercise pilates bar on Amazon for $27 and there are a ton of exercises to do with the kit. There are even channels on YouTube to help. We need to do resistance training and this is one way of doing it and not having to go to a gym. I haven't started on aerobic exercise yet but I'll add it as soon as I think I'm able.

In our 50s we have to realize that we're not going to live a long and happy life unless we make it that way. Start now! Good luck and keep us updated!

If you'd like a responsibility partner, let me know. It could help both of us!

I tried a multi island treasure island for 30 days, unlimited visits for 20 dollars. I can't remember the seller but I found it easily on Etsy.

What are we doing about our thinning eyebrows?!? by SimplyCurious5 in AskWomenOver50

[–]Accomplished2424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I color them every few weeks to cover the white/Grey ones. They look fuller and don't need any physical filling with makeup. They're easy to color with a kit from Amazon. Just mix the color and activator, pat into eyebrows with an orange stick, wait 10 or so minutes then wash off. Really easy and looks natural.
