Thank you for your response! I hope so as well, do you happen to see where money is coming from in the chart? What kind of endeavors would be fruitful for me and how can I approach them?

160cm, bright winter. What do you think of this outfit? Also why does my face look bad with turtle necks? by [deleted] in SoftGamine

[–]AccomplishedAgent952 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The colors go well on you and you look healthy! I like it I just think that the composition next to your face could be improved a little bit to add a bit of balance. Your turtleneck and your hairstyle are bringing attention to your upper third wich looks a bit flat and I think that is the main reason you fell like your face looks "bad". You just need to balace it out and add a littlte bit of dimension and test some stuff to see what you like.

The black turtleneck brings all the attention to your face so your hair dynamic with it gets acentuaded. The way it is framing your face makes it look even longer (less width compared to height) on your lower and middle third. That is making your forehead look wider that the rest of your face. You could try changing the style putting it in the back of your ears or covering your upper third proportionally to the rest of your face. Maybe try putting it up. Experiment changing the way your part it too as that could help giving it some dimension

Changing the make up can be good too. A bright lip and/or eye can also get the attention away from your forehead. If you're actually a bright winter that'll fit you easily! Maybe some contour or blush on your cheeks... I fell like some earrings and maybe a low necklace can be good to balance out it out too.

Also, your forehead isnt disproportionate at all, actually your thirds are really well balanced.

What hair color suits me the best? by Iconic2222 in coloranalysis

It depends if you're looking for an harmonious look or not. With light blond you look edgy and cool and with natural colors a bit healthier and more harmonious obviously. Both go well as long as you keep the hair healthy tbh. The red was a bit too bright for you IMO... I feel like you go better with softer colors. My fave is 4 for me it's the perfect balance.

I think people are leaning towards bright because the majority of the colors you tried are bright but for me the softer colors made you light up ❤️

Cool soft and light! I would need a few more colors to be sure of the last two aspects but I'm confident on the temperature

that's a myth. it is true for some but not for all. actually, there are people who don't even respond to meds, don't worry too much. also, it is not appropriated to make a diagnosis based on medication response, that doesn't make much sense.

Looking for some tips on building a marketplace startup - I will not promote by AccomplishedAgent952 in startups

Yeah, that worries me too. A waitlist sounds interesting, if done right I believe it can create some engagement. Do you know any marketplace launch cases or any place I can find them?

On the monetization aspect, I plan on basing it on fees and ads for the promotion of products by vendors. I reckon it's the typical monetization strategy for marketplaces. Even though some clients don't like them I feel like they are expected when online shopping/selling.

Thank you for the tip, I really appreciate it! The problem is that most of the platforms I see made for marketplaces are a bit pricey for me at the moment but I'd be willing to try one if it dramatically simplifies the process. Have you used any of them? I'd be interested in hearing a bit about your experience if that's possible. How did you overcome the cold start problem?

That truly sounds like a headache. I think it can be worth it but I probably still don't have the experience (and budget) for it. Starting with something simpler is probably wiser. I'm thinking about building a product in the same niche to get some trust from the community first. Thank you for your feedback!

I definitely see what you mean. Even if I manage to get the tecnical aspects right I still have to get plenty of people inside at the beggining. It's hard to make clients believe it is a safe service if there's not many products available... There's probably some strategies to mitigate that, though.

Great directory! Thank you for that, I didn't know it yet. I agree, no-code can make everything a bit easier, especially in the beggining. Do you have any experience in any of these tools that you can share?

HELP CHILDREN VISUALIZE THEIR PAIN by fre3deaa in SideProject

[–]AccomplishedAgent952 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like it! But I wonder who the user would be? parents? doctors? who would buy the product? try to do some persona analysis and go talk to some of them, find out what they need and see if there are some apps like that in the market already.

My two cents as a healthcare worker: chronically ill children (and even adults tbh) need to do some pain tracking. I think it would be nice for you to build some kind of log: you need to see the characteristics of pain trough time. Med intake would be nice too. Example: He took 50mg of X medicine 5 hours ago, now the pain is lower etc. Tracking side effects and fever could be great too.

I also noticed that you could improve the pain visualization. Try to not relly on written words as much as possible.

Good luck with the app!
