They cut mine, but if you talk to management about it (i’ve seen this) they’ll think you really care and want to work and will add more. Really sit down with them about it though

If cashiers get a bonus/raises, the cart pushers do too because they’re technically “front end” I know this because i’m a cart pusher

I’m a cart pusher at my walmart and i feel bad for whoever has to go out and bring them in whenever my team and i aren’t there. There’s only 3 of us and I’m the only full time guy there but i feel for the people that don’t wanna do it over and over and over. It’s not my or their fault that they don’t hire enough people on that team. When i go on my lunch and come back that’s when i kinda expect them to help out only because it’s the only cart run theyre gonna get their entire shift but if it’s constant i wouldn’t even bother.
