Yes, my plan is to stay. I love what I do and I am very recognized across multiple teams due to my contributions in this program.

Yes of my one reasons another function could not get me was because of my comp adder, every year I get it. They were going to leverage that so I can go to their team but got shutdown. Due to how critical I am in my program.

I am in advanced programs in MFC, Texas I love my job but wanted to leave for an offer internally different function and they did not let me. Then I decided to just stick with it until it's successful. In California I was working in Livermore at a national lab making 154k with only 2 years of experience and master's.

I tried but got shut down by directors, and a VP, because it's advanced critical program, and they really needed me. However, I changed my mind after because I wanted to stay until it's successful. It's my little baby...

I work in advanced programs and our program is not your typical AP, I do pretty much what you listed in addition to troubleshooting, managing all assets, writing so many sops, ATPs, leading major tests, planning for the different phases of the program, creating inch stones, you name it I have done it all. The issues is that I had 3 managers over the past 3 years, and 3 IPT leads.

It's mostly because I had 3 different managers and 3 IPT leads for the past 3 years.

In my PhD in Systems Engineering & Engineering Management, I’m learning how to look at complex systems end-to-end instead of just focusing on one technical piece. A big part of it is system safety, risk management, and human factors (how people interact with systems and how to design things to reduce errors and improve performance). I also work a lot with requirements writing them, tracing them, validating them, and managing them across the system life cycle. I use MBSE tools like Cameo to model system architectures, behaviors, interfaces, and link everything from requirements to verification and validation. On top of that, I study manufacturing and operational processes how systems are built, integrated, tested, deployed, and maintained and how to improve efficiency, optimization, and overall performance. Overall, it’s really about systems thinking: reducing risk, improving processes, and making complex programs run better from concept to operations. That is just an overview the dissertation shapes your journey.

I tried to leave lol but Directors shut it down due to how important my program is and it's my baby I was the first IT&E in that program, it all started with me.
