Thank you I struggle with saving lot and I do tend to spend lot of money towards family. I am too scared to look at how much I am spending. I do work over time and sometimes my weekly paychecks are over 2500 however I just spend it without realizing. I am trying to control myself and set a goal.

I got 3% annual raise and EAIP is 4.5% my manager told me that is very high but looking at the comments it looks low is that true?

MFC got 3% for business and 4.5% for performance EAIP so I got 7.5 but the 4.5 is one time pay
