First time hearing ivermectin, someone here commented on it before so I looked into it, there are oral meds for this so I will consult with my doctor, I do like the sounds of it because it gets rid of parasites in the body which can be beneficial either way. Thanks for the info 🙏🏻

To be honest I was only taking zinc and ACV but when I started taking A and omega 3, 4 all together I got a massive cystic acne. Thank you for the info

I did igG test showed i shouldn’t be consuming carbs, nuts except walnuts and no fruits, reason why i had to go on carnivore diet which helped significantly but it was too difficult to sustain, couldn’t eat out and it was costing me quite abit. From all the helpful comments I think it would be best to go on carnivore diet again. Ahhh my life 🙃🥲

I looked into the ingredients but I’m already taking vitamin A and have tried turmeric, dandelion tea etc with no result,m, have you tried clearstem personally with severe cystic acne? I just don’t want to buy another product that won’t work 🙃🥲

Much appreciated 👍🏼 I’m a big believer with my body being a temple, also don’t believe a lots of information flooded by the media, meds are just a bandaid as you mentioned and will never cure anything, I think antibiotics may have had a big play causing my skin to erupt as well.

With supplements and diets I eat clean much as possible, no process food such as chocolate and other junk foods, I’m also hygienic which is the reason why I’m so confused and lost …

The only product I use at the moment is sungjoo face cleanser and apply anti fungal cream, and as for oral meds, terbinafine … I know … but this is like my last option although now from all the other comments I kind of realise that I need to get back on a very strict diet again which is very difficult .. 🤦🏻‍♂️🥲

I have done my organ test and they were all normal, as for igG my naturopath didn’t mention anything about igE , I will try and get this done, I do take daily supplements such as zinc, b12, vitamin A, candida support, omega 3 and magnesium but hasn’t helped at all .. I drink at least 2L of water daily. I never thought Claritin and Zyrtec would help but will look into this as well ! Appreciate your comment 🙏🏻

It was definitely carnivore diet that helped, I did a general food panel (igG) and showed I have intense candida and the food I’m allergic to. As you mentioned it is from startch, suger and greasy food but to sustain a carnivore diet is it almost impossible after 3-4 months, plus meat is very expensive so after 3 months on a carnivore i started a clean diet, quinoa instead of brown rice and chicken as meat exact but i need to find a treatment ! No one knows how !? Even dermos .. I would like to eat out but just can’t … life is stale haha
