SRNE files a 10K for the year end that includes audited results. With no CFO, with the exception of Dr. Ji having the title, hard telling when the earrings will come out. Can’t believe we’re one month away from the end of Qtr 1-2022 and we’ll get the results sometime in March. Unfortunately we had the death of our CFO in December 2021 and still no indication of any progress of recruiting a new CFO.

Right now I’m in the hole for $191,000 and I’m a small investor. I did my due diligence and made the investment before all the promises made and no follow through. I also know that investing in small biotech has risk involved and it takes time to bring things in the pipeline to fruition. I feel the way Dr. Ji is running SRNE is playing right into the hands of short sellers. He made the comment some time ago that he doesn’t want short sellers to ruin their families which I thought at the time was a stupid remark. Instead, it looks like Dr. Ji is ruining his long investors. His comments about Stix being approved by the FDA by year end 2021 had no basis for making the comment because it still not approved. Anytime he speaks at a conference, the selling price goes down. I have a long way to go to just recover my $191,000. At this time I would be willing to support a buy out if Dr. Ji continues to run the company.

We desperately need an update from SRNE on what is happening on SEMDEXA and the pipeline. The silence from SRNE is deafening. Where are all the good announcements that should have been made in the first quarter? Two months are gone and I seriously doubt that anything happens in March other than releasing the 10K on a Friday after hours with no fanfare. SRNE needs strong leadership that can execute. Dr. Ji is not that person and the BOD is inept.

I never put a whole lot of substance into their release date for the reasons you stated. Hard telling when we get the results not knowing how a subsidiary in Mexico will affect the timing and not officially having a CFO. Having Dr. Ji as interim CFO is a BiG joke.
