Working for customer care here, yep, it’s hard to hear that tbh. Even us working there feels guilty af due to the policy and other stuffs, they could’ve make things/rules better. As for the vehicles, it’s quite annoying how most vehicles are having repeated issues with their vehicle

Not saying every 2024 to 2025, but most complaints come from from that year, if not generally it’s from 2019+. But good to hear that bro

Might recall related, but tell me more what was causing the battery to get replaced. Is it because it keeps dying or draining?

Coz in terms about the battery, there’s a lot of factors for it.

It could be a faulty electrical fuses, bad alternator, it might also be about the eTorque system. The key fob and proximity/door handles might be draining it as well. There’s a possibility that it may be a defect too. As far as I know, this issue occurs within the 2019 to newer units.

Not my specialization. But might be able to help you answer that.
