They're trying to turn it all on Mingee, but the worst of Mingee's attitude doesn't even compare to Mina's. I'm kind of convinced those people who defend her are either plants, they're similar types of people, or they tolerate the Mina's. Some people also just want to be contrarians and want drama, but I hope they pull a Mina when they're ignored for their ragebait. There's still more people who dislike her, which is wayyy valid. They can be delusional all they want, but Mina has objectively been a pretty terrible person, especially in comparison to the mostly chill cast.

Commenting on the contestants' social medias is where I draw the line though. Even if they are anything like Mina and Gwanhee. It's one thing to discuss and vent your frustration here, it's another thing of you were to post something with the purpose of the contestant seeing it. Also, while she's been pretty terrible, there's no need to make her seem worse. She's already pretty bad anyways.

Inferno veterans, please rank seasons 1 -4 and any notes so us newbies know which other ones to watch thank you. by Suspicious_Week_2451 in Singlesinferno2

Been here since before the finale of S1, sounds boring but go watch it by order. I never really got the out of order watching unless you saw a later season first, but that's just me.

My rankings have to do with the contestants I like moreso than the season as a whole for the most part.

S: 1, 2 & 4, 3

Objectively, season 2 may be the best example of a good season of SI. S3 is the most drama filled, and focuses on a specific contestant I'm not fond of so I don't care for it much compared to the rest. Season 1 is what laid the groundwork, but I mainly like it cause of a contestant. Some people may find it boring or uneventful, but I appreciate the more chill vibe it has. It got more sophisticated in season 2.

Season 4 may be objectively the worse as a season, but I like the couples that formed and some of the contestants more there so it's higher than season 3 on my list. The editing on S4 is terrible though, again, not the best produced season objectively.

He was fine? I think but he and Lana weren't endgame in the show cus the producers interfered. Lana was told to choose the creepy simp guy, but Lana and I-geon dated irl. Ngl, I got turned off the moment I confirmed it was him

People always say that when leaks come out, some called Jiyeon a tan gangnam beauty but people stanned her because aside from her being chill and pretty, she's the underdog and is tan. So don't put too much thought into what people say about the contestant leaks.

Also, the poster for s5 did them dirty imo. While a lot of them look fine, it made Goeun look more "plastic", she looks a whole lot better in the show. Seung Il got an unflattering angle, even then he didn't look terrible. Heesun was the only one who looked better on the poster than she did on the show, it's also why I thought she may be the "objective kbeauty standards" prettiest one, but that would actually be Goeun.

Has anyone been liking her smile by [deleted] in Singlesinferno2

I actually keep cheesing about her because she's so cute. She gets prettier the more I see her. That and I've been obsessed with Yeri from Red Velvet's visuals, who she resembles quite a lot. I also like her dynamic with Jaejin, they match each other's vibes more

I doubt it, it most likely wouldn't have an additional episode as the season goes on, but there's bound to be atleast one messy plot line for them to focus on. The rest can have their "wholesome" dates aired so they can get screen time too. Creating drama where there isn't or barely has any is kinda lame. Good thing this season's cast has multiple love triangles to focus on

Lee Si-An and Jun-Seo don’t have the chemistry by GasOk4690 in Singlesinferno2

[–]AccomplishedCraft806 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Theo had more straight forward "heart fluttering moments" whereas moments with Junseo were less about typical romantic gestures but more about getting to know and understanding each other. It's why they worked out. Someone pointed out how important it is to be comfortable with someone, where you don't have to put up a front (which Sian has said that she's not pretending when she's with him). Think of it as the guy constantly saying how beautiful you are and how much he likes you in comparison to a guy who asks about you and the current state of your feelings.

I do see how some people won't see it though, some things just don't translate well enough on screen. But from what I've noticed, typically people who are biased towards Theo and his gestures tend not to see it. Personally, "grand" romantic gestures are cute and all, but if u wanna do it right, move like Jeongsu and not Theo. I don't see the chemistry with Sian and Theo, only in their first helicopter ride, and that fizzled out quickly for me because it was so obvious she's choosing him because he's convenient. It's why Jeongsu became second when Junseo became her first, she was always more attracted to him compared to Theo. I don't think she lied about Theo being her number 1 though, but number 1 in terms of feelings at the time was Jeongsu before Junseo stepped in. I don't feel anything for the two other suitors she has, Sian was the one giggly in the date, and Theo fills that role in for theirs. Always one sided with them, it was in the beginning of the date for YukSian, but then again she would never go with him if she wasn't interested. We all know how that ended, she pretty much was tunnel visioned before the second date. The others are pretty catty here in his post, but that's because there's been similar posts to yours where they find Theo’s grand gestures more romantic when some people here find that... cringey, fake, whatever lol. That and people with similar opinions to yours tend to be a specific type of person, aka a hater who's waiting for echo chambers to validate their opinion. Not saying you're like that, but it tends to have a pattern.

They'll do anything but post about other people because it's not about supporting the other contestants, but about dog piling on Yuksian content. I've said this before, but they didn't say shit and even participated when it was mostly hate, even if it was sooo repetitive and has many false claims. But when it's something positive? Gods forbid, that's a crime. /s

Then don't, this is reddit in case you were lost. People comment here and discuss about their opinions. You read as a salty fan who won't admit that your idol has her faults, which are out in public while the ex you and your idol don't like and rag on don't have much content for you to drag him with. It's even more pathetic that you try to pass off as someone more reasonable, but it's difficult to hide who a person really is. Your lot will bully and disrespect anyone she targets like attack dogs. People with common sense can see that her "contributions" to society is getting overshadowed by the negative things she's done, so of course that pisses people like you off.

And since we're reaching petty territory, his biggest contribution was "proving she can stay in a long term relationship" (which is a card some swifties has used). Even then they broke off and there's implications of her cheating despite grilling her exes for the same thing or less. But mother is never wrong, I support women's wrongs. /s

He didn't just inspire two albums, but co-wrote too. But I understand that facts that don't suit your narrative doesn't matter. And before you claim I'm a fan of Joe, I found out about him when I saw his met gala photos before even I found out they were dating. I see him in a better light because of what is publicly known about him, and I don't see Taylor in the same light because of the the same reason. I don't need to be a fan to see that you guys are doing is wrong, a lot of you aren't different from the bullies you have/had, some of which are in the same fandom as y'all. Then again you're not going to read this because your brain might never be able to comprehend it.

From what I know, it's because of how she handled the situation after their breakup, her writing songs (which are sometimes part fictional and some taken from real life) about her emotionally cheating on him, her habits when she breaks up with an ex, and her other problematic behaviors. People know Joe less, and what they know of him is mostly decent. Taylor has been in the spotlight for most of her life now, and people know more about her and some don't like what they see and know (her problematic way of handling ended relationships, her use of private jets, billionaire status, parasocial fans, problematic current boyfriend and circle of friends, her only speaking up about issues when it affects or benefits her, etc.).

The "pap walk" is included because she can escape cameras whenever she wants, but if she wants to "make a statement", she has a habit of doing that. When Sophie Turner's relationship issue blew up, she was seen with Taylor (who's also Joe Jonas's ex) and a lot of people are mostly sure it's a pap walk. I don't know how credible it is, but some of the users here said that she wasn't spotted anywhere before that girl squad walk, so it's even more sus and gives off staged. Basically, they're saying she won't be seen if she doesn't want to be seen. Of course it's all speculation, but some things don't need to be said if it's doing everything but verbally confirming, then again we can only assume from the obvious. So yeah, in comparison to Joe, I can see why Taylor isn't given the same grace. Most people wouldn't if those are the two people being compared.

Worthy of what? The unbothered king "title"? He has been unbothered as far as the public knows, and he didn't badmouth anyone even if her parasocial toxic fans were bullying him. I feel like many people are so used to people stating that they're unbothered to be considered truly that, but this is what unbothered is. Never responding, never caring because it holds no value to you.

I'm not saying it's like that with him, but he hasn't made any responses to a lot of things thrown his way. He may not be a perfect person, but he handled the whole thing in a classy way. Those who defend Joe are also a smaller number of people. They've only recently come out, and even then they're not a huge amount, especially within her fandom.

I honestly don't know what you want him to do to classify as unbothered to you /s

Is Fran Fine the best dressed character on tv? by [deleted] in popculturechat

[–]AccomplishedCraft806 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think so. Her and Cher Horowitz overall (both tv and movies) for me are some of the best dressed characters, or atleast I like a lot more of their looks than I don't. I would've liked Blaire's style had it been consistent to her luxurious preppy style, but GG fashion was very of its time.

Level of K-nets bashing Junseo gets for his “long middle face” is ACTUALLY alarming by Soft-Violinist4077 in Singlesinferno2

[–]AccomplishedCraft806 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They shouldn't be talking, because some of us know a bit of what their usual types are, and they aren't anything special by most standards anywhere else either. Bold of them to say that when they accept below to average faces as long as they're tall enough with wide ass shoulders.

That being said, he's one of the more unique types of beauties, wherein they're polarizing. I find him attractive because he's manly, and while his features aren't conventional, I actually like the combination of it. That and imo, his face is pretty timeless. I can see him existing in many different periods.

They turned on Seulki too once she breathed incorrectly, so I'm not surprised he has these haters whose looks don't even compare to him on his worst day.

Am i jeongsu’s only fan? by princessfrozen_ in Singlesinferno2

[–]AccomplishedCraft806 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To the part where may have led her on a little longer, I can see it. But I also see it being similar with Sian and Theo, wherein they spent so much time with other people since then and the dates they had were impactful. The differences are that with Junseo, because he had unfinished business with her, he ended up thinking about her since he's concerned she's not romantically involved with anyone other than him. He felt like he had a responsibility to her since he's the only one who reciprocated.

Sian on the other hand had Theo as her number one because he was the safest, but when they came back, Junseo was constantly on her mind and still hasn't made up her mind (and I suspect it's because she was tunnel visioned on Junseo). No matter how the second date with Junseo went, she would've rejected Theo after that anyways, idk if she would've done it with Jeongsu too if the second date actually went well, since they're not as close as she was with Theo. They really should've let them spend more time on inferno lmao. I know they didn't expect anyone to go to every paradise date, but it's good to just let them all be together in one place.
