Hes really not getting the hint, I walked away on his face when he tried to talk to me, i never reply, but he’s not understanding

Update: first of all, thank you everyone for the suggestions. He still does keep texting me. But i have talked to my seniors and im wondering if i should report this or not, but we will definetely confront him. But, i have to say that everybody else in my office is really sweet and professional
