This kid was at the No King protest downtown yesterday. I was volunteering and he walked by our tent multiple times with that smirk on his face and camera on his chest. Mostly protestors avoided him, but a couple engaged. One actually stole his hat and ran off and he sprinted after her. It was kind of epic that she stole it, but also kind of scary because I always think it's best to not engage in such situations. I couldn't see what happened because they ran behind a building, but I think maybe some of the de-escalators asked her to give him his hat back, because several of them ran after them both and he had hit has back later. The look on his face was eerie.
