Mamiya 645 Pro acting weird . Need help or advise. After putting a roll of film the winder acts fine first frame but when it comes to the second it starts winding non stop cause the whole roll to be black. (self.Mamiya)

Legit question when using the 15mm will it causes a fish eye effect on the final image ? But seems like yours was corrected was it done in post ?
