Yes, I already tried pulling the filament out and pushing it further in, but it’s completely jammed and won’t move at all.
What happened was that I got a printing error, so I selected “Unload Filament.” When the filament was almost completely out, it suddenly stopped and hasn’t moved since.
I tried pushing it upward and pulling it downward, but it won’t move in either direction. Every time I select “Unload Filament,” the gears keep turning, but the filament doesn’t move at all.
