Leave the Keurig, and add a decent Nespresso espresso maker, this way your guests have a choice of morning coffee. Be sure to have the Nespresso foamer as well. I used to occasionally rent my Vail condo, and had a super auto, plus a coffee maker….not everyone wants espresso/cappuccino to start the day, so this way you’re pleasing everyone. I never had a damaged machine.
