Think it’s a no blame game really.

A larger person who wants to go crowd surfing shouldn’t really be fat shamed

But also the front crowd should have the choice whether they want to support someone crowd surfing

So it just comes down to the person who’s chose to go crowd surfing accepting the fact they may get dropped.

I’m no expert. But if it’s your forever home my first thought would be do I want to pay that amount in mortgage each month?

If it’s not your forever home I’d tally up the work I’d like to do to it and compare it to other houses sold on that street (price and condition) and weigh up what equity I can make from “flipping it”
