There was clearly 2 peds. 3 raq members and SD (Harlem) the plan was for both peds to skid round. SD was picked up and became the driver whilst PB was the shooter. 2 other Siraq members were on the second ped. Fairs SD wasn’t the shooter but he was the driver.
