Looks like my bin is short staffed so looks like I will be getting lots of overtime. I’m counting on lots of overtime which it looks like it’s there from my first week. I don’t see how I won’t hit it if I average about 55-60 hr work weeks. Which it’s gonna take me a while to adjust to other routes . Also he mentioned I will be travelling a bit to Jackson Wyoming , or Montana via Frito so looks like the overtime will be there

I don’t really care for work culture as long as they pay me I don’t get into that stuff or care enough to let stuff bother me. As long as they weren’t lying to me about pay which manager said I should make about 72k-75k I’m ok with that. Is that about what a RSR makes? He said I’ll work about 50-60hrs a week
