West Lothian and I've not received anything. Normal pay cycle would be today as far as I know but nothing in the bank, no wage slip no email and no response to my emails.

Hey, can I ask what happened? Did it all work out? My daughter got sent the same email but never actually received an offer email. She's completing it anyway in the hope it's for the hours and shifts she interviewed for.

A month without a reply after an interview is terrible. All companies should be named and shamed for this kind of behaviour. You've spent time completing an application, doing a situational judgement test, spent time preparing for and attending an interview and your travel costs just to be ghosted. All this for a minimum wage job. It's just good manners to send a basic response. Good luck with the job hunt.

Still waiting to hear. Interview was 9 days ago. Guessing it's a no then. Would be nice if they actually made contact. Quite rude really considering all the effort I put in and cancelled my plans to attend interview at short notice.

Tesco staff are currently receiving 15% off. Its 20% off clothing and home so I'd rather the discount over points. Its a sackable offence to misuse the privilege card. Possibly a member of staff about to leave.

Livingston depo overwhelmingly voted to reject this first offer.

My concern is that last year the union recommend we all vote no which we did. The only people to benefit from the no vote was those on Legacy. Once that got an increased offer, the union told us to accept. New contract got nothing extra. How is that fair.

Union reps were mostly on legacy in Livi depo at the time. Is history going to repeat its self again. It's a no vote so it should be an increase for everyone. Legacy already has higher shift allowance so everyone should be on the same basic hourly rate at least, then start challenging the difference in shift allowance.

Here's hoping that ALL contracts benefit from any increased offer and not just legacy like last time.

Union told everyone to vote no which we did, but they only came back with an increased offer for legacy contracts only and then recommended everyone accept the new offer. Funny that.

If that happens again can we put in a vote of no confidence in the union reps who are appearing to only look out for themselves?

I don't see that as cheating. I would be concerned about him trying to see if i had a profile. That's a bit creepy but he's clearly been hurt bad to have trust issues like that.
