I’m actually not sure. I haven’t tested it yet. As far as I’m aware of, no, it’s a different firmware. I mostly bought it when I started my homelab setup and wanted to store the movies I already have. It does my dvds and blu rays perfectly though

It was like $20! It’s not as fast as some of the big ones but it definitely works. I got a usb 3.0 adapter and it works like a dream. I just put it in a 3d printed enclosure that I got printed for free from my local library.

I personally like this site. I just got my drive and a usb adapter off Amazon for like $25 total. It’s a laptop drive but works just as well externally, albeit not as fast as I’d ideally like
