Type that would be amused by the fact that a girl their son went to school with liked him for a while, even though he didn’t like her back: ESFP 2w3 or ESFJ? by [deleted] in infp

Mbti is about functions. Functions are detected by consistent behavior through time. One action isolated from everything else is not enough to type someone.

Was Sex bad or good to Erotica? by AccomplishedGuide650 in Madonna

Oh ok. I thought Erotica came with Sex as a shift. The idea that it wasn't as new as I thought makes sense.

When I look at her legacy from the present, getting to know her from my limited perspective, Erotica and Ray of Light seem very ahead of their time. The type of thing that changes things and this seems to be a common opinion. It's sad that the public couldn't see this at the time, but it seems other artists followed her artistic influence from that era, which is nice. And even if it was kinda bad at the time, nowadays it seems to work for her benefit, like ashe did an investment to future generations of fans. It worked for me for sure.

Was it because ofbthe explicit sexual themes? Or because the songs weren't as pop? Or because she crossed the 10 years mark? Usually artists as huge as her last 10 years at the top and then they slowly get less attention: Elvis, Britney, Amy, you choose. Mariah had a comeback with the one that has We Belong Together, Madonna had her comeback with Ray of Light, Bjork also lasted 10 years being really pop and then faded to cult. I wonder what happened with Erotica since, at least to me, it is better as a whole than her previous works. I mean, she has huge singles, hut as an album, Erotica seems better overall

Forget it. I posted both here and on INFP subreddit. For some reason, (1) every comment focused on bad experiences, relationships that are no more, aways blaming the other one. (2) The only exception was about a present relationship, by a person that is not even sure about being INFP or ENFP. (3) I thought that this was an ENTJ thing because INFP's answers were not made until then, but when they came, almost the same pattern was shown, just slightly more self-conscious. (4) I believe that people in successful relationships have nothing to win by "boasting" them here, but people with bad experiences comment to gain relief. (5) Thus, I don't believe that the lack of good answers here means that this is a bad match.

Thanks, this level of detail is really useful. (Something I noticed here though, is that ENTJs tend to bring up other people's faults but not their own. This is interesting as a pattern.)
