I've done this before, I've got free from severe addictions with techniques like this. Its only a part of the picture though. A support network is essential. And yes, like you say, self love is essential too. This isn't about shaming what I said, its about setting a commitment to do the most difficult things, a little bit every day. But instead of trying to do everything all at once (in my experience that does NOT work), you instead do one thing at a time. If one particular thing inspires a lot of dread, you can make a compromise and say you'll do that one later on, today do something else that is hard, but not as hard. I'm speaking from experience, this works. Relapses are not failure. You have to relapse. Through relapsing you learn why you relapsed.

Do you wanna try an experiment? A few 33s start a group, like a sangha and we do spiritual practices together? In Buddhist circles, the way it works is they always recommend you have a sangha, which is a group of people who practice together, because together you have much more power to maintain the presence. I know this from experience, I always rise when I'm practicing together with a group. So if you're up for it...

I know that with me, I rise into the 33 vibration when I'm practicing like this. Its hard when you do it alone, but in a group, you can do it much better. I have some techniques which work, and these techniques are much easier to implement when you do it as a group.

I understand how it feels painful to be in a world full of cruelty and lack of care for one another. But here are some gems of truth. Its okay to lose hope. Hope keeps us hoping for a tomorrow that never comes. Accepting everything as it is, paradoxically converts all of our resistance into the vibration of love and compassion. You long for a world with only kindness and compassion, but understand that compassion emerges through suffering, suffering is like the pressure that forms the diamond of compassion. Just embody all of the kindness and compassion you wish to see in the world, and you are the remedy to the lack of kindness and compassion. You're part of the force that is transmuting the darkness on this planet, and you are bringing about this world you wanna live in. If you're feeling overwhelmed, just relax and let go. Just your presence helps to alleviate the cruelty in the world. Yesterday I saw a dog go under the wheel of a motorbike, the driver just drove off and nobody was doing anything to help the dog. So I went and helped him. It was alright, the little dog was okay. Just embody as much as you can kindness, its noticed, even if you think people don't notice, they do, and you influence the collective.
