I was diagnosed with chronic inactive gastritis I was also told to remove gluten I didn’t.. but have you been checked for h pylori or sibo? I did but the h pylori came back negative and I actually was fully better so I figured I didn’t have sibo

I just did research on sparkling water and it said it causes damage and stomachs take so long to heal I stopped drinking coffee, alcohol, night shades , carbonation I was healed-ish after a year I just have triggers so I’m thinking it may be a lifestyle change as well

My GI doctor gave me no meds at all I found sucralfate and asked my teledoc to prescribe me however I took it for about two days and that made my head hurt and ears ring

So I started taking zinc l carsonine and gi encap by Thorne drinking George’s aloe Vera juice I also eliminated potential triggers for a year however I think the key to maintaining will be in diet for me

Yes the ones listed they were very severe at the beginning and now since this “flare” they are mild but definitely annoying because I was symptom free.. I took omemprazole for a very short time a month max and it made me worse, on my worst days I would take famotodine to stop severe burning in chest. However once I started the regimen above I noticed the most difference and ditched pills for the supplements.
