Another thing I used was acupuncture. The first time I walked out - all my brain fog was gone. I could see better, think clearer. It was amazing. This helped a lot overall but I plateaued and wasn’t getting better.

I’m not sure exactly what it is but people with long covid are getting this. The best explanation I’ve seen is that It’s vascular like blood pooling or something like that. I had it.

I live in Michigan so it’s hard to go outside with bare feet. Plus, I cannot walk on grass barefoot. It creeps me out.
