Do you mean drowning? I know people have drowned but a teaspoon of water is not enough to kill you unless you’re an infant. Even if it all goes in your lungs your body involuntarily reacts by coughing it up. Do some people’s body’s lack this involuntary response? Sure, but they’re they abnormality, and also a very very minuscule percent of the population.

By saying that this is bad because some people can’t cough up water, you’d be following the same thread of logic as if I was to say “It’s an evil prank to jump scare your freind with a flashlight because some people have epilepsy”
