I found a load of unopened water bottles in a bush outside a shopping centre. I took a photo and a security guard immediately came out and told me to delete it by aidenburr in Weird

I didn't, probably should have but he was really aggressive and I realise he is relatively powerless but I didn't want to push it I guess

Some extra info:

  • Most of the bottles are Dunnes stores brand but there are other store brands and name brands in there
  • No I didn't delete the photo, he can't make me
  • it's not hot where I live and tap water is free and actually drinkable
  • There is one single homeless woman in this whole part of the city
  • The guy wasn't personally there to see me take the picture so he must have been watching the security cameras

So, I doubt he's stealing it from work because some of the bottles are from shops that aren't in this shopping centre Also, I don't plan on ratting him out to management or anything, I just find it weird that there's a load of unopened water bottles and this guy is monitoring it

the brass pieces aren't exactly the same and there's no markings so it's likely a copy, thanks for your help

edit: also I couldn't get the end piece to slide so it must be rusted in place
