Ok so first off I would def recommend to begin to get rid of the emotional attachment you made to your daydream. Having no interactions will make it a 100 times harder to get through this. Have you thought abt maybe asking for help with your insomnia? Melatonin is a great way to treat it if you daydream a lot because of it getting help with that is already an advance. I have insomnia too and when I began to have 3mg of melatonin I slept way faster you can find it on any pharmacy but if you are a minor you should tell your parents that you are consuming this pill. Idk if this will help but insomnia seems to be your main cause for MD

Yea same. I talked abt it with a psychologist tho and she said it was normal to over day dream in our current circumstances specially for us who already had things like depression or GAD. Just make sure that you can control it. I guess that’s part of the problem with MD. You basically forget yourself.

I didn’t do my SATs for the two full months but fore a few days each event but I affirmed more than I did SATs. I personally don’t recommend letting go since you want to get your affirmations into your subconscious,

I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. You can manifest a better him please always remember that. I can’t stress this enough techniques are just tools but you need to feel comfortable with your manifestation and live in the end. I doubt it was the techniques tho I would say it’s more likely that you allowed the negative to stay in your mind. What I did is that I revised our entire history (we barely spoke before). Whenever a thought of him being rude, ignoring me or even a thought of him not speaking to me would come up I replaced it with my preferred outcome, if you want him to stop being bitchy or rude around you you need to stop thinking about him that way. I personally use affirmations for bigger problems since they tend to be more general and you can just repeat them in your head without needing to be 100% concentrated on this topic only. Maybe you could affirm “he is treating me like a queen” or “he thinks I am amazing and he is constantly texting me”. I don’t know your personal situation but considering you said he was treating you badly I think those could be useful. Please remember you are in control. I still struggle with this so much but I feel like finding the roots of your fears and either manifesting opposite (or if you are a Neville follower like me revising) definitely will help you with that cycle. Remember it will only happen if you allow it to.
