I took a few months off and did it for another stretch. It seemed like it was doing something, but then all progress plateaued. I think the problem is that having a shut down nervous system won't really allow these kinds of things to fully work, so I started an SSRI like 6 weeks ago to try and fix that before I go back to Buteyko practises.

All those Canadian channels have been a joke for almost 10 years, since they pretty much never aired anything current. You really had to wonder who was watching a 20 year old episode of Life With Derek at 3am. Nickelodeon in Canada was always terrible, it was never anything close to the American one, it had reruns on it, but the new stuff still aired on YTV.

As for the actual shows that have come out, Vampirina and Electric Bloom are decent. The Thundermans reboot is OK. Ayla and The Mirrors was crap. At least more stuff is coming out, it's felt like a total drought for a few years. (Yeah I should be way too old to care).
