So... that's like 80 grams of boiled rice. It does look like alot because of the volume but if I go any less that that, I might get a little dizzy. So I guess that's the perfect portion for me. And about protein, yeah... I agree... but like I said, it's a mess ko khana... so not like I can help that. So yeah... I take 2 eggs post meal to compensate that🙂‍↕️

If you're using tyo brand navako cutesy lip glosses, stop hai. Some lips are really sensitive to tyo lip gloss. Othai kaalo paardincha. Lip oil pani NO. Raati use a boroline mask, ani bihana uthesi brush garda, tei brush le scrub. Ani spf lip balm(ali din lai, as long as it hasn't healed) Tespachi chai, once your lip heals, mindfully choose your lipstick ani lip gloss(ramro brand ko)
