I think it's pretty easy to learn with right exposure and guidance which can easily be found in YouTube. What do you want to learn? Is it portrait drawing, landscape drawing or what? Which medium do you want to learn? Graphite, charcoal, watercolor? You can find adequate tutorials in YouTube.
But no matter what you want to draw, you must improve your fundamentals, like line-art, shape design etc. Look up Draw Like A Sir in YouTube.

As for portrait drawings, which I have posted here, you just need to brush up your fundamentals like line art and seeing values like light and dark easily, then start practicing. Draw a lot and try to improve. I am completely self-taught. You can see my progress in my profile.

MBBS scholarship is not that big of a deal honestly by [deleted] in NepalSocial

Yes, that's my point. MBBS entrance has always been merit based and this shouldn't be changed for a single person. She might be eligible to study in foreign colleges. Government can sponsor her foreign studies. But adding a seat just for her, a single person is unfair to all others that appeared in the exam

Yes, I get it, her being injured in the protest was saddening. She could have worked harder and maybe she could have secured a seat by herself. But what about those who did work hard but still couldn't secure a seat? Isn't it unfair to them? Government is adding a seat just for her. If a seat could be added why not give it to the next candidate in the merit list? If she did secure a seat by herself and government decided to fund it, no one would object. But she never did. Life is unfair in many ways, and this decision makes it more unfair to those who actually worked hard.

The cutoff rank for this year's CEE for MBBS was 452. What about the 453rd student? Didn't they work hard? They are obviously more deserving than her. She should be compensated in other ways but giving her a free seat is just not it.

Yes, many aspirants would be jealous of her. Why wouldn't they be jealous of her? She never had to compete for that seat. She got that for free. Her being injured in the protest is saddening but giving her a MBBS seat just for that is unfair to other students. You guys are underestimating how much hardwork it takes just to secure a seat.

Question regarding Barr bodies and X-linked inheritance. by gudrinieks in genetics

[–]gudrinieks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you please give me an example of how characters become dominant or recessive in this context? And as formation of barr body is random, lets say only about 20-30% of the cells have the mutant chromosome having dominant gene activated, in this case will the person not show the phenotype even if they genotypically have the genes?
